It is now abundantly clear that Joe Biden is electable or at least his teleprompter is.
The Joe Biden speaking in front of a teleprompter is fairly competent reading words written for him. He has speechified for 50 years; it is a deep skill. In his hay day Joe was able to hold forth unaided. Putting aside gaffs, plagiarized oratory comments, blatant lies he was able to pull off succinct comments.
That Joe has a fighting chance.
Sadly when the teleprompter is absent the real Joe Biden is barely capable of stringing together a complete correct and cogent thought.
The recent CNN debate put on a worldwide display of the sad condition of the Commander-in-Chief. The man occupying the most difficult and important job in the world did everything except drool. He got lost in thoughts trying to get out and mumbled and stammered the disjointed delivery. His consistent accusing of Donald Trump of lying was his knee jerk reaction to everything.
Without his usual teleprompter, note cards, and media allies he was even unable to achieve appropriate facial expressions, or even eyes that were not portraying a blank stare. Probably the most difficult was the combination of lack of expression, and inability to enunciate simple sentences.
The day following the debate had Joe holding a campaign event. Wearing what appeared to be a spray on tan in stark contrast to the evening before looking pale and pasty. His voice miraculously returned and his cold symptoms were gone. Again, he was energetic and mostly articulate reading from the teleprompter. The comparison points to the falseness of this man.
POTUS needs to be able to process input, incorporate into a clear understanding and offer decisions and policy. It is dangerous to assume that Joe Biden is capable to handle important issues. In retrospect the question is who has stepped in the breach and make those decisions or formulated policy. That is yet to be known.
Putting Joe out in public without teleprompter or note cards is akin to elder abuse. Knowing the potential for a disastrous outcome is fool hearty.
Internationally American leadership is a mockery. Staunch supporters, party member and some media are trying in vain to remain loyal to a Joe Biden second term.
If you can undertake an honest assessment you must put the country first and not continue to espouse Joe Biden as a legitimate candidate.
