Exiting the White House, Joe Biden and his minions are giving the finger to the incoming administration and the American public.
Donald J. Trump won the Presidential election clearly and decisively. Not only the popular vote but the Electoral College was convincingly in his corner. One would hope such a victory would elicit a certain amount of respect for the American people, even if not the incoming President. Sadly, the exact opposite is happening.
Let’s start with the pardon of son Hunter Biden. Not only a blanket pardon but a clean slate for anything he committed—known or unknown, proven or unproven.
Soon followed by the commutation of executions of 37 of 40 prisoners on federal death row. If driven by the belief that the death penalty is unjust than why were the other three not commuted. Quizzical.
Sequestering 625 million acres of offshore oil drilling fields and banning any drilling. Biden is attempting to continue the war on fossil fuels even after he is gone.
Selling the unused border wall sections at five cents on the dollar of cost only to make future use impossible. The news of this hit the internet and mainstream news outlets and was the only reason the sales were stopped.
Making a pact with 45,000 federal workers so that they cannot be forced to return to work in their offices. Sticking a finger in the eye of Musk and Ramaswamy’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). The pact would keep relatively empty federal buildings unoccupied.
The Medal of Freedom awarded to Hillary Clinton was a heretical act offensive to the dead of Benghazi. Even worse was the award to George Soros who has funded campaigns and programs aimed at destroying the values and foundations of the United States. Liz Cheney received the award for leading the disgraceful January 6th Committee which was run as a kangaroo court in a third world country.
Shipping out eleven terrorists from Guantanamo Bay merely because they have been there since September 11th. Arbitrary and disregarding their warrior status and potential to rejoin the jihad.
Sending billions more in aid to Ukraine despite the fact the Trump has said he will end the conflict in short order.
Lastly it is anticipated that Biden will attempt to issue proactive pardons for family, friends, and political cronies who have investigative targets on their backs.
Each of the above done to spit in the eye of not only Donald Trump, but 79 million voters. If there was any legacy for Biden to claim, he has eradicated it, along with the stature of the office of the President and himself.
