Let me shout that again…..ENOUGH.
Sidestepping nonanswers, embellishments and outright lies.
When we long for an honest word we are served gibberish.
Does anyone, for an instant, believe the Kamala Harris has changed every position she has ever espoused. She has thrown into her personal dustpan her acknowledged stances about banning fracking, government provided universal healthcare, opposition to the border wall, abortion up to birth, and her soft on crime tenure as a prosecutor and state attorney general.
The new and recently evolved Harris is now either against her former positions, for the opposite of them or at the very least moved away from them.
We are to believe that she is a moderate when her personal track record has been far from it. History tells the truth. She was a terrible DA, put hundreds of citizens in jail for marijuana charges and then subsequently laughed when she had to admit she did in fact smoke weed.
She raised her hand on the Democratic Presidential primary stage as supporting Medicaid for illegal aliens and now says laws should be followed. She refuses to take any responsibility for the incompetent withdrawal for Afghanistan and the death of thirteen soldiers while being proud of being the last person in the room when the decision was made. The list is long, and the proof obvious Ms. Harris is a pandering politician parading as a chameleon.
Her tenure in the US Senate speaks volumes, so much so she was labeled the most progressive in that body. Which becomes more telling because compared to her Bernie Sanders was a moderate.
We are now supposed to believe that she was an effective Vice President when her most important contribution was as a tie breaker in the Senate. That she was successful at. We are hard pressed to think of other accomplishments or accolades to grant her. Even she now denies that she failed at her role on the border issues. She touts investment in the northern triangle countries and yet millions of those citizens continue to pour into the United States.
Enough is enough. Do not fall for Harris 2.0. The update is not working.
