Do not be deceived by propaganda, inflated or clearly false dead and injured statistics, doctored pictures that tell what the issuers want you to believe.
Fake news is international especially in controversial situations.
The Israel war against Hamas has already propagated more than its far share of lies, false accusation and flat-out deceitful news items.
You may recall the “hands up don’t shoot” mantra that was widely espoused during the racial turmoil after the Michael Lewis death in Ferugson, MO in 2014. The hue and cry continued long after the circumstances were completely disproven. The wartime analogy is the “hospital” bombing that was done by Israel and killed 500. None of it was true, yet MSM jumped on the story without vetting anything about it. In fact the hospital parking lot was hit by an arrant Hamas rocket (see photo above). Even though disproved the Pro-Hamas factions, media and other talking heads are using it to declare Israel is killing babies and children in the hospital.
The latest reporting has 8,000 plus Gazans “mostly women and children” killed. Even if the number is correct, which is unfortunately the product of war, the qualifier of who was killed is for effect without any ability to verify.
Israel is in a fight not only for its existence, but the Jewish place in the world. The level of hatred of Jews and support for Hamas is much greater than anyone would have perceived.
It is shameful that the events of October 7th, the killing of concert goers, the random slaughter of whole families, wholesale rapes and the most barbaric beheading of babies are being ignored. The anti-Jew sentiment is palpable, and visceral. It will be very difficult to put this genie back in the bottle.
Do not be fooled, the world is facing the most evil possibility of our lifetime. Evil prevails when good people do nothing. Speak up, call out falsehoods and pro-Hamas support.
