Those negotiations have lasted over a week with no absolute certainty that the accuser will testify.
The second, a Ms. Ramirez alleges a 'dicky waving' incident in college back in the eighties.
Lawyer Michael Avenatti, of Stormy Daniels fame, is now alleging that he represents someone with "evidence" against Judge Kavanaugh, again from the distant past.

I am sorry folks, but from jump street I didn't believe the first accuser. The allegation was of a drunken teenage encountered on an unknown date and place from 36 years ago. The second seems just as convenient. This time an incident at Yale, a classmate alleges that Kavanaugh exposed himself to her at a drunken party. Now Avenatti jumps on the band wagon with some mysterious evidence.
The clamor for an FBI investigation is reaching fever pitch. Sadly the FBI does not investigate sex crimes no matter how outrageous the claims or the people involved. The left just ignores this and the fact that the FBI has conducted six character investigations of Judge Kavanaugh that were devoid of even the hint of impropriety. Can the FBI be that incompetent?
The Democrats have vowed to prevent any Trump nominees from attaining a seat on the Supreme Court. Resist, resist, impeach, impeach, attack, attack. Over and over we will be subjected to dirty tricks, ploys and obstacles.
