Labeling Success.

LGBT, Female, African-American and a host of other descriptors are flooding news feeds everywhere.

Whichever group achieved a new high level position in business is all over social media, business publications and the main stream press.

If you don’t understand what is happening let me explain. You are being conditioned to being more receptive to agenda driven political correctness.

First it was television shows. Have you noticed that most sit-coms have at least one character that is gay, a mixed race couple, a strong female lead and a male who is a buffoon or cuckold. Commercials have now taken up the cause of PC and are airing more and more mixed race couples and families. Folks, these groups of previously marginalized sectors have found that marketing themselves as main stream and much more prevalent than their population on the whole positions them squarely on Main Street, USA. Statistically they are fractional percentages of society but you would not know that by the image that is being pitched at every turn. Granted we all consume broadcast, cable and streaming shows of all kinds and also granted some shows are less agenda driven than others. My point is that this is a drip strategy to accomplish wholesale acceptance of the labelled groups.

This has been happening from the sixties with more and more strengthening of each labeled groups claim to status in society.

In particular the LGBT contingent demands that we ignore science, biology, and psychiatry to seal their normalcy. I’m sorry but even the LGBTQ agenda recognizes situational proclivities towards the same sex. What is not recognized or even allow to be mentioned is the transgender is a mental condition. Sexual identity is not genetic but a choice according to the Pride groups. The absurdity that everything is okay has reached a new high when pedophiles are trying to rebrand themselves as MAPS (Minor Attracted Persons). As if, MAP is more palatable and less hideous.

But I digress. A woman that is appointed to the CEO position in a major corporation receives additional coverage because of her gender. I think that is not necessarily helpful. Does the fact that she is a woman give her more or less right to the position? Same goes for gay, lesbian, African-American or any other label. Were any of those factors considered in hiring or promoting the person?

If so, you are witnessing the eroding of real merit appointments. Make no mistake this has been a long-term endeavor by those who practice agenda political correctness. Without a label your success may very well be limited as you watch less qualified ascend. But, beware if you speak up you will be crucified as so many isms that it will make your head spin.
